As a kickoff to initiatives for mental health awareness month, Loring's WELL group (Women Elevating and Leading League- one of our employee resource groups) hosted a talk on Mental Health and Women in the Building Industry with guest speaker Christine Merdon, P.E., NAC. Attendees learned about strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing for women in the building industry, as well as the impact of emotional intelligence on promoting a healthier workplace culture.
