Key highlights of the acquisition ➡️ Broadens ABB's market reach and complements our regional customer offerings with safe and reliable smart building technology. ➡️ Acquisition includes wiring accessories, smart home systems, smart door locks, and peripheral home automation products. ➡️ Provides access to a wide distribution network across 230 cities in China. ➡️ Gains additional expertise from regional sales, manufacturing operations, and management teams. ➡️ Revenue for Siemens' Wiring Accessories business in China were over $150 million in 2023.
