Join us in congratulating our April 2024 Headway Hero, Camille Black! Camille was nominated for demonstrating one of our key values, Tenacity. “Although Camille has consistently been ahead of the curve on most tasks, there is one particular time that really shined a bright light on how organized and proactive she is - We were meeting with Avionte to discuss how we could replicate our current Prism/Connect process using Avionte/Connect. We were going into this meeting to speak with Avionte's engineers and Account team to find out what products they had available that could help us keep our process as automated as possible. The fear was that our new process would have a ton of manual interventions in it. The morning of our meeting, I logged in to see an email from Camille to the Headway team. She had met with Vlad and spent quite a bit of time researching Avionte's current technology using the developer links and was able to come up with a new workflow that weaved our current process with Avionte's new API offerings. We went into that meeting fully prepared thanks to Camille's efforts and the Avionte team remarked that this was one of the most organized teams they had ever had the pleasure of working with.
