We're counting down to a significant milestone as we approach the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cleveland County Judicial Center. This new facility will be located in the historic downtown district and consist of a 38,000-square-foot sheriff's office, a 151,000-square-foot courthouse, and a 140,000-square-foot detention center with 460 beds. The center will evoke a strong civic presence and be a valuable addition to the county. Seneca Valley High School was originally constructed in 1974. Over time, the need for revitalization and expansion became increasingly apparent due to an aging facility, a growing student population, and varying programmatic needs. Montgomery County Public Schools partnered with Moseley Architects to design a modern facility to address these concerns.
