We said farewell to two dedicated team members. We wish them both the best in their future endeavors. Supervisor Teri Ramsuer of the Roanoke region retired from Sunstates after nearly 17 years of loyal service. She served 16 years at the same site location. She was hired as a Security Officer in June 2007 and was promoted to Site Supervisor in January 2019. Teri was beloved by Sunstates and client leadership alike. Her dedication was rare and unrivaled. Sunstates and the client partner thanked Teri with a farewell dinner, where she was recognized for her service. We wish Teri all the best in her retirement. Pictured From left, National Account Manager David Rosser, Supervisor Terri Ramsuer, Regional Manager Ralph N. Officer Steely Gil of the Dallas region, his departure is marked by warm wishes and a special token of appreciation from our client—a custom plaque presented to him on his last day. This gesture underscores Steely's profound impact on those he served during his time with Sunstates Security. Selected to join the local Police Department, Steely is embarking on a new journey to further his commitment to community service. His tenure at Sunstates has been characterized by an unwavering dedication, dependability, and a keen eagerness to learn and grow. Steely's readiness to assist at every turn made him an invaluable asset to our team and the communities we serve. Reflecting on Steely's contributions, Keith Gilbert shares, "Steely was truly exceptional, always there to offer help when needed. Seeing him go is hard, but I am thrilled to see him continue his service within our community. The Local Police Department is gaining a remarkable individual."

The Fort Lauderdale region team attended and held a leadership meeting recently. Sunstates Security made a strong impression at the annual meeting of a major client. Our Regional Manager Michael Necolettos (Haaker), and Project Manager Kevin Holland, were both in attendance. The event showcased the exceptional work of our security team, who provided seamless security coverage throughout the evening. Secondly, Operations Manager John Cordts facilitated a leadership meeting for supervisors from both Miami and Naples, Florida. The in-person gathering fostered collaboration as the team discussed Sunstates procedures, reviewed client updates, and explored other key topics. This meeting equips supervisors with the latest information and strategies to ensure seamless operations across both locations. #Security #CorporateSecurity #GoingAboveAndBeyond #SecurityPersonnel #SecurityCompany #CompanyGrowth #SecurityTeam #SecurityServices #Florida #FloridaBusiness #Leadership

At a client site in the Phoenix area, during a bag check inspection, the site's access control system was activated, and Security Officer Tammy Johns observed a knife in the employee's pocket. She discreetly yet quickly notified her supervisor of the situation. Due to her keen observation skills, Officer Johns is being recognized for her hard work and commitment to Sunstates Security. A valued team member for almost two years, we can be assured the site is in good hands with Officer Johns. Team members from the Orlando Region are doing a phenomenal job at their sites; having these gentlemen on the Sunstates team is an honor! Officer Marquis Williams is being recognized for his immediate actions concerning a fire at one of our high-tech clients in the Orlando Area. He spotted a fire that had been set by a group of vagrants in the wooded area next to the complex near the air/gas area, which presented a very serious threat to the facility. Officer Williams quickly alerted the chain of command and got emergency services on site before any real harm or damage could happen. Robert Eckrich and Guerby Pierre were recognized by Site Supervisor Victor Vargas. Officer Eckrich has exhibited his extraordinary ability to lead others around him through his actions. He is always punctual and appropriately wears all the required equipment during his shift. Officer Eckrich is always willing to step in, cover for his teammates, and mentor them when they need assistance during critical incidents. Officer Pierre has been given the difficult task of Construction Coordinator. Since accepting this role, he has exhibited an extraordinary ability to utilize critical thinking skills to alleviate tension between construction vendors and residents throughout the community due to parking complaints. He took the initiative to create a contact list of vendors to coordinate deliveries, easing the burden on residents of dealing with the increased traffic. Officer Pierre’s unwavering professionalism and work ethic make him an essential asset. #GreatWork #SecurityOfficers #SecurityServices #SunstatesSecurity #SecurityTeam #Team #Security #CorporateSecurity #GoingAboveAndBeyond #SecurityPersonnel #SecurityCompany https://lnkd.in/eraMeSpx
