Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

Do NOT recommend. The hygienist were not the friendliest and did not know how to handle kids. They told me I needed new retainers even though mine were perfectly fine and the next time I went with my two children they said they both had cavities. I went and got a second opinion and was told their teeth were perfect and they did NOT have cavities and my retainers were fine. Lane and associates are in it for the money. I would not trust them and always get a second opinion before doing whatever they say you need done by someone not in their business.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Good dentists and hygienists, but scummy practice policies that lie to you about false information. They keep harassing for money when the balance should be $0 and won't even stop harassing even if you prove to them it's incorrect. Just look at some of the other reviews for the 1200 Broad St Ste 300 Durham, NC 27705 location. I'm prepared to formally file complaints with the NC Attorney General's office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I went to this establishment to get a tooth extracted now I had three Dental insurances they only accepted to and both of my dental in all three of my dental insurance cover extractions she said only two of my dental insurance will good and that I still had to pay $50 to get a tooth extracted they constantly ask me about my diet about did I drink soda and I constantly told Matthew a million times no I didn't and you have this long application fee thing that you have to fill out that they don't read cuz they ask you questions that the application ask for I do not recommend even if you got dental insurance do not go there they're not good and not professional and the girl Dominique that handles your bill she trying to figure out how you can pay more I do not recommend them at all

Everyone here is so nice! I really enjoyed the experience and it made going to the dentist informative and comfortable. Hygienist Lucinda was great, professional, and gave me a lot of useful tips!

Medina was very nice and made going to the dentist a positive experience. She was interested in me as a patient and person and gave me specific advice for dental care. Dr. Desai provided good follow up and advice for dental care. I highly recommend Lane & Associates.

Everyone here is very friendly! From the front desk girls to the lady that cleans my teeth I have no complaints. Thank You Lane & Associates!!!

Great dentists and hygienists- free teeth whitening if you stay current is awesome perk! Never had an issues and highly recommend!
